Drinking Apparel is a T Shirt brand dedicated to drinking themed shirts. We do not sell novelty shirts shirts that you find at vacation tourist shops or similar T Shirt websites that sell designs on generic tagged tees. We are a private label brand that only sells unique our designs on our relabeled Drinking Apparel brand shirts produced by American Apparel.
- Are all designs unique to Drinking Apparel?
All Drinking Apparel shirt designs are 100% original to Drinking Apparel. All images were created by contracted artists using ideas and guidelines of the Drinking Apparel President and are all 100% copyrights of Drinking Apparel, Corp.
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, Drinking Apparel is a Connecticut Corp and clothing under $50 is not taxed.
- How are your shirts printed and on what kind of shirts are they printed on?
All designs are screen printed with standard screen printing ink. All shirts, except the illustration link, are printed on relabeled Drinking Apparel shirts produced by American Apparel and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA. The illustration line is screen printed on heavy weight Drinking Apparel relabels shirts.

- Is my purchase processed and information secure?
We don't share your information and it is secure. To elaborate, we are hosted through Godaddy with an SSL certificate to keep your shit safe. Also, our credit card processing is through an industry leading Merchant Account service, full credit card numbers are not provided to us.
- Can I place an order over the phone?
No, at this time, orders can only be place with a credit card through the website.
- I want a different size and/or color with one of your designs, can a special order be made?
Yes, custom orders can be accommodated for a small additional charge and takes several days longer to receive your purchase. Also, custom orders are non-refundable. Please email contact@drinkingapparel.com, subject line: Custom Order, and further information will be provided.
- Where can Drinking Apparel brand shirts be purchased, other then the website?
Drinking Apparel shirts can only be purchased through the company website.
